Premium support
Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds
You can manage or cancel your FyDub Premium subscription directly from the FyDub extension panel using the “Cancel Subscription” option.
For billing assistance or refund requests, contact support@fydub.com.
For refund requests, please include:
- The email address used to purchase your FyDub Premium subscription.
- The reason for your refund request.
Refund requests are reviewed individually and are not automatically approved. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method.
