About FyDub

FyDub is a browser extension that provides AI-assisted translation, translated audio, text-to-speech, dubbing, synchronization, multilingual search, and related features for supported online video content.

FyDub may provide both free and paid functionality.

The availability of specific features, supported languages, voices, usage limits, and functionality may change as the service evolves.

FyDub is an independent software product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google, or other third-party platforms unless expressly stated otherwise.

Use of the Service

Users may use FyDub only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service.

Users must not:

Misuse or interfere with the operation of FyDub.
Attempt to bypass usage limits, subscription restrictions, or security mechanisms.
Attempt unauthorized access to FyDub systems or infrastructure.
Reverse engineer, copy, modify, redistribute, or exploit FyDub except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
Use FyDub for unlawful or abusive purposes.

Users are responsible for how they use translated, generated, or processed content provided through FyDub.

Free and Premium Services

FyDub may provide a free version with limited usage or functionality and a paid version known as FyDub Premium.

Free usage limits, Premium features, supported functionality, and other service conditions may change over time.

FyDub Premium may provide additional usage, increased limits, or access to Premium features according to the plan and conditions displayed at the time of purchase.

Premium Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

FyDub offers recurring monthly and annual subscription plans.

When a user purchases a FyDub Premium subscription, the user authorizes Stripe to charge the subscription price displayed at checkout.

Unless canceled, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. Monthly subscriptions renew monthly. Annual subscriptions renew annually.

The applicable subscription fee is automatically charged through Stripe using the payment method associated with the subscription.

The price, billing frequency, and applicable subscription conditions are clearly displayed before the user completes the purchase.

Subscription plans and prices may change over time. Any changes affecting an existing subscription will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any notice requirements that may apply.

Payments

Payments for FyDub Premium subscriptions are processed securely by Stripe.

FyDub does not directly collect, process, or store users' complete credit or debit card information.

Payment information is handled securely by Stripe according to Stripe's applicable terms and privacy practices.

Users are responsible for providing valid and accurate payment information and maintaining a valid payment method for recurring subscriptions.

Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their FyDub Premium subscription at any time.

To cancel a subscription, the user must:

Open the FyDub extension panel.
Access the subscription or account controls.
Use the “Cancel Subscription” button.

Using the Cancel Subscription button automatically initiates the subscription cancellation request through Stripe.

Unless otherwise indicated, cancellation prevents future automatic renewals. Users may continue to have access to FyDub Premium until the end of the billing period that has already been paid.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically generate a refund for previous payments.

If a user experiences difficulty canceling a subscription, they may contact support@fydub.com.

Uninstalling the FyDub extension does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Refunds

Users may request a refund by contacting support@fydub.com.

The refund request must include:

The email address used to purchase the FyDub Premium subscription.
The reason for requesting the refund.

Refund requests are reviewed based on the circumstances of the request, the status and usage of the subscription, applicable law, and any mandatory consumer rights that may apply.

Submitting a refund request does not automatically guarantee that the refund will be approved.

When a refund is approved, it will be processed through Stripe to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on Stripe, the user's bank, or financial institution.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

AI Translation and Generated Content

FyDub uses automated technologies that may include:

Artificial intelligence.
Machine translation.
Text-to-speech technology.
Voice generation.
Audio synchronization.
Third-party technology infrastructure.

Translations, generated voices, subtitles, synchronization, search translations, and other generated results may occasionally contain inaccuracies, omissions, pronunciation errors, timing differences, translation errors, or differences from the original content.

FyDub does not guarantee that translated or generated content will always be completely accurate, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

Users should not rely exclusively on FyDub translations for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other high-risk decisions where inaccurate translation could cause significant harm.

Third-Party Platforms and Content

FyDub may interact with websites, video platforms, browsers, APIs, technologies, and services operated by third parties.

FyDub does not own or control third-party content accessed through the service.

FyDub is not responsible for:

Availability of third-party platforms.
Content provided by third parties.
Changes made by external platforms.
Compatibility changes caused by external services.
Policies or decisions made by third-party platforms.

Changes made by services such as browsers, video platforms, APIs, or other external technologies may temporarily or permanently affect certain FyDub features.

Users remain subject to the terms and policies of the third-party platforms they use.

Service Availability and Changes

FyDub works to maintain the service and its features, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

Features may occasionally become unavailable because of:

Maintenance.
Technical problems.
Infrastructure failures.
Third-party service interruptions.
Platform changes.
Security requirements.
Circumstances outside the reasonable control of FyDub.

Ecommerce Global Network LLC may update, improve, modify, replace, limit, or discontinue FyDub features when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, or improve the service.

Intellectual Property

FyDub, including its software, interface, brand, design, original content, and related technology, is owned by or licensed to Ecommerce Global Network LLC.

FyDub and its associated intellectual property are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users receive only a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use FyDub for its intended purpose.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of FyDub or its intellectual property to users.

Third-party names, trademarks, videos, content, and services remain the property of their respective owners.

Privacy

FyDub is designed to minimize the collection of personal information necessary to operate the service.

FyDub does not require users to create a traditional user account to use the extension.

Certain limited information may be processed or stored when necessary to:

Operate the service.
Manage usage limits.
Provide Premium access.
Support subscription recovery.
Provide customer support.
Maintain service functionality.

Payment information is processed securely by Stripe. FyDub does not directly store complete credit or debit card information.

Suspension or Termination

Ecommerce Global Network LLC may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to FyDub when reasonably necessary to:

Protect the service.
Prevent fraud.
Prevent abuse.
Enforce these Terms.
Protect infrastructure or other users.
Comply with legal obligations.

Users may stop using FyDub at any time by uninstalling the extension.

Uninstalling FyDub does not automatically cancel an active FyDub Premium subscription. Users must cancel their subscription using the cancellation process described in these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FyDub is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Ecommerce Global Network LLC does not guarantee that:

FyDub will always operate without interruption.
FyDub will always be error-free.
Every video will be compatible.
Every third-party platform will remain compatible.
Every translation will be completely accurate.
Every generated voice or synchronization result will be perfect.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ecommerce Global Network LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of or inability to use FyDub.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time to reflect:

Changes to FyDub.
New or modified features.
Changes to subscription or service operations.
Legal or regulatory requirements.
Changes to business practices.

When these Terms are updated, the revised version will be published on this page and the “Last Updated” date will be changed accordingly.

Continued use of FyDub after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
